Nice walk around the harbour in burry port today bit windy and cold but managed to get through roll on tomorrow get the steps inday 2 challenge
Walk For Autism day 2 completed another 5000 steps completed well a little over.. done the same route again today along with my sister,brother in law and the nephews to keep me company thanks guys!
