Rainy day

Didn’t think I was gonna get my steps in today but walking round the living room when everyone has gone to bed whilst watching tv has done the trick. 

Day 6. Easter walk

Easter 🐣 Sunday always brings a sense of new beginnings. 
We all went out for a drive to Blackpool & spent lots on the 2p machines & got some much needed family time.

Good Friday.

Been busy walking today, delivering Easter treats to friends. Didn’t think I was gonna get many steps in though with the change in weather ⛈️ but I’m on track to complete my 10,000 steps 

Day 1 complete

So thought I wasn’t going to complete todays challenge due to being asleep 😴 following a night shift but with a little forward planning & good weather 🌥️ my target has been reached x

Day 1. Night shift

So I started the walk for autism challenge whilst on the night shift.
This has definitely boosted my steps & my confidence in being able to complete each day’s challenge.
Have planned out different activities to do for each day so it doesn’t feel like a challenge. And perhaps I’ll get a little fitter & continue to walk the 10,000 daily steps x
