Walking for Autism – My Journey with Diya
At just 2 and a half years old, my little daughter, Diya, was diagnosed with autism. It was a journey of learning, growth, and endless love. Now, at 9 years old, she is an incredible soul with a strong personality, full of light and resilience. She teaches me something new every day, and I couldn’t be prouder.
This year, I’m taking part in the Walk for Autism challenge to raise funds and awareness for autistic individuals like Diya. From March 26 to April 2, I’ll be walking 10,000 steps a day, and I would love your support!
Every donation, big or small, makes a difference in helping create a world where autistic individuals receive the support they need, have opportunities to thrive, and feel included in their communities.
How Your Support Helps:
The Walk for Autism challenge is organized by Autism Initiatives Group, which is dedicated to providing life-changing support for people on the autism spectrum.
As a token of appreciation, there are fundraising milestones with rewards:
• Up to €49 → A thank-you email, certificate & cut-and-stick trophy
• €50+ → A Walk for Autism medal & thank-you certificate
• €125+ → A Walk for Autism wristband, medal & certificate
• €250+ → A silver medal, wristband & printed certificate
• €500+ → I’ll become a Walk for Autism Fundraising Legend, featured on the Legends Wall, with a gold medal, wristband, printed certificate & celebration confetti on my fundraising page!
Every step I take is for Diya and for all those on the autism spectrum who deserve support, acceptance, and opportunities. Please sponsor me today—anything helps!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart! ❤️
