💙 Run for Autism 2026 💙

This year, I’ll be taking on the 5K Run for Autism, and this is a challenge that means so much more to me than simply putting one foot in front of the other.

Autism is something very close to my heart, especially because of my beautiful niece Lucie Wallace and my amazing nephew Archie Wallace. 💙 They are two very special people who mean the absolute world to me, and being able to take part in this run in their honour makes every step worthwhile.

This charity also holds a very personal place in my heart because I’ve had the privilege of working with some truly wonderful autistic adults. My time with them taught me so much — about individuality, kindness, patience, acceptance and, most importantly, seeing the person rather than simply a diagnosis.

Every person with autism is unique, and everyone deserves to be understood, accepted, supported and given the opportunity to shine in their own way.
So, in 2026, I’ll be running 5K for Lucie, Archie, and every autistic person and family who deserves support and understanding. 🏃‍♀️💙
