Other Ways to Donate and Get Involved
You can support Autism Initiatives in many ways besides making a single donation. You might want to fundraise on your own, join an event, or help us over the long term. Every contribution helps us create more services, spaces, and opportunities for autistic people and their families.
Set up your own fundraising page and decide how you want to raise money, whether through a personal challenge or a community event. We will send you a Fundraising Pack to help you get started, and when your page reaches £20, you will receive an Autism Initiatives T-shirt as a thank you.
You can also join one of our fundraising events, like Walk for Autism or Run for Autism. When you take part, you connect with others, raise awareness, and see the impact of your support while being part of something positive.
Other ways of supporting us include leaving a gift in a will or joining our weekly lottery, where you can win up to £25,000 whilst funding projects and services that matter to autistic people and their families.
Frequently Asked Questions
How will my donation be used?
Your donation helps fund important services like community programs, outreach, family support, and social enterprises run by Autism Initiatives in the UK. These services support the well-being, independence, and connection of autistic people. We manage donations carefully to keep these programs running in the long term.
Does my donation fund real services, or just information and advice?
Your donation supports practical, hands-on services that truly help people. This includes outreach, community work, supported living, social enterprises that create jobs, and direct family support. While we also provide information and advice, most of your donation goes to face-to-face services in local communities.
Can I choose where my donation goes?
