Run 2Km every other day. You may be new to running and want to combine this challenge with your couch to 5Km.
Run 40Km in one day!  40 Km is 25 miles so perfect for regular runners looking for their next big running challenge!
Run 10Km a week for 4 weeks.
Maybe you are the perfect park runner and would like to stretch yourself!

Run for Autism is a fundraising challenge to run 40Km in October.    Run at a time chosen by you outdoors in the fresh air or run indoors at the gym!    Run for Autism can be done at your own pace, in your own time. There are no set events to attend.

2. Create

Your online fundraising page is your stage!  Make sure you upload a photo and tell your story.  It may be funny, it may be emotional but it has to be real. Why are you taking part?  Who are you running for?
