GO SOLO OR IN A TEAM

Go solo

Take on Walk for Autism as a personal challenge.  Increase autism acceptance and understanding and get your steps in at your own pace in your own time.

Set yourself a steps target - aim for 10,000 steps a day, you may set your target less than this or you may hope to achieve much more - we love a stretch steps target!  The main thing is for your target to be a challenge for you.

Pop your headphones in or take in the great outdoors, whether you are walking down your local highstreet or along the beach, you can take time to reflect on your own autism journey.

Or create a team

Once you've registered, you can create a team by using the link we send you in your welcome email.

Give yourself a cool team name and then you can invite others to join you.  Get your friends or family or workmates together to show how much you all care about increasing autism acceptance and understanding.  You are all in it together!

Each team member will have their own individual fundraising page and the combined totals of all team members shows on your team page.

TOP TIP: Make sure all team members raise £20 or 20 euro on their individual fundraising pages rather than the Team page.  T-shirts are sent out only when an individual fundraising page hits £20 or 20 euro.
