Wow!! It was a blustery one this morning! But good was a nice pick me up from Thursday and we re set up for the weekend!Run 5 Done! 16th October
Legs felt like jelly today - but it’s a marathon and not a sprint. We got this!!Run 4 done 12th October
Sunday morning and we smashed it! Did a little downhill run for only 1km but our times are coming down.Run 3 done - 9th October
