Day 8 challenge completed I couldn't be more proud of myself for completing this challenge which means so much to me. Absolutely smashed it and I will continue to do 10,000 as often as I can for my mental health. Day 4 well I had a lot of steps to make up due to having a lazy day and going the cinema. Walking around a club events room to get my steps in wasn't how I thought I'd get my steps in followed by a cheeky gin each time I passed the bar. But I did it 11,000 steps completed ✅️✅️Day 3 challenge completed ✅️

Day 2 was tough having gone back to work sat in an office chair for 5hrs it was going to be a long walk today. Having realised the quicker u walk the less steps u actually do. There's me power walking. legs ache bum aches.. let's hope this tones my bum at the same time.Day 1 of 10,000 steps a day completed ✅️
Well day 1 challenge wasn't so bad considering I do absolutely no exercise at all. It was my sons birthday a visit to soft play made up alot of my steps. Followed by a great walk to clear the head.Thank you
Wowww I'm so overwhelmed at how quick I've reached half my target with it only been online less than 24hrs it goes to show how much love Autism has. I'm walking for......My daughter, after recently being diagnosed with autism its been a massive struggle for isabelle daily and as a parents.
You dnt like to see your child suffer or hurt. The pain I feel with the things isabelle says is heartbreaking. But I knw she can't help or control her feelings or actions. As parent I wish I could make it all go away and make it easy for her.. unfortunately this isn't the case all I do is give her my love support and alone time she needs. I dnt feel there is enough support or understanding about autism especially in school for other children to understand more. I feel other children don't see how difficult it can be and can single them out which is absolutely heartbreaking.
