Run number 3. Hampered a bit by some stitch on the way out (bit village!) and a touch of cramp in the old unfit legs on the way back.Run 1 complete
Unfortunately for a number of reasons I didn’t do anywhere near the training I had set out to do, so I’m going with challenge 1 to run 2km every other day this month. However I still want to push myself so I see 2 as the minimum. Today I managed 4km so onwards and upwards.Training started
I took my first run yesterday - I haven’t done any running of any kind for around 8 years, so it’s tough but I will steadily build up between now and October.I'm running for.....Mimi moo
