World autism acceptance day!💚 final day of the walk today! Absolutely smashed steps today again in the rain but all worth it !💚💚

One day left to go. Steps in even though I have manged to catch a cold from all the rain walking!🤣 but super proud we have kept going💚

Lovely evening walk around the river nearly at the finish line, 2 days to go! Happy Easter all! 💚

A walk through our local town & around River with the kids doubled our steps today! Proud we have made our targets and more 💚

Today was a good day for walking even though there was lots of rain. We went to the zoo and castle made the steps even more fun also Celebrated a little ladies birthday. Great day Doubled our steps💚

Another day full of rain but the kids loved it. Trip to the park also so celebrate all of our steps! 💚

I'm walking for my niece

I’m raising funds for autism! Please sponsor me today! I’m taking part in the Walk for Autism challenge. I’ll be walking 10,000 steps a day from 26 March to 2 April. Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Please sponsor me.

I am walking for my amazing niece, a courageous 4 year old. She faces unique challenges on a daily basis, but her spirit and infectious smile is truly inspiring. Each step she takes, every milestone she reaches, is an extraordinary achievement. She has taught us the power of patience, empathy, and understanding as we navigate the world of autism alongside her. Our family has witnessed firsthand the importance of providing the support and resources necessary for children with autism to thrive. In advocating for autism awareness and support, we hope to create a brighter future, not only for my niece but for all those who deserve a world of inclusivity and acceptance. 

Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every person on the autism spectrum has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.
