Inclusion for All
My 5 year old son was diagnosed ASD at the age of 3. Although I was completely prepared for this I still feel the world has a lot more it can do to be more inclusive. Raising awareness is so important to educate people that inclusion is having opportunities without having to ask for it. I want my child to grow up in a inclusive world. A world who cares and sees differences as opportunities to learn and grow.I'm walking for......my 5 year old beautiful little boy and all children and adults on the spectrum.
I’m raising funds for autism! Please sponsor me today! I’m taking part in the Walk for Autism challenge. I’ll be walking a minimum of 6,000 steps a day from 21 March to 28 March. For those who know me well will know I walk nowhere and have become very unfit. So this is a big deal for me. Please sponsor me. Anything helps . Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every person on the autism spectrum has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.
