I was pregnant with my first child as my mum was pregnant with her 5th. It was a lovely, unusual experience that we shared together. 
My brother came along and our babies grew up together. My brother was later diagnosed with autism amongst other things as we noticed his development was different. 

He’s the most wonderful person I’ve ever known. For a non verbal, now 14 year old, he communicates differently, has his struggles and has been such a blessing for all the family. He has taught us all to be kind, patient and to communicate in ways we never imagined. 

I am proudly walking to raise awareness for autism because of my little bro. I know that the ASD community is amazing and this is a brilliant event to be part of.
