Run for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be running 40Km in October to raise money for this fantastic charity!

Since elikas autism diagnosis she has come such a long way. Shes started saying small worlds and is just so aware of what she wants. She is a ray of sunshine and brings happiness and love to everyone who meets her. Since becoming a parent to a child with additional needs, it’s been eye opening to how little opportunity’s they are for them. Every time a day is planned there is so much thought that’s gone into it to make sure meltdowns are avoided and that they will be safe. The world really needs more inclusivity to allow these beautiful children to be accepted and allowed all opportunities any other child would get! This is not only for elika but for every child who needs an advocate and a voice to fight for them ❤️
