My smart watch arrived yesterday, today I wanted to gage where I was at. It's just before 5pm and I have passed my goal of 10,000 steps with a good 30 mins on the treadmill thrown in.I'm a support worker for adults with learning disabilities, I am passionate about my job and want to get people talking more about autism.
