Why have I chosen to walk for Autism?

Hello and thank you for visiting my page. 
My name is Linzi and I have a son called Rian, he is 3 and a half years old. He was a Covid baby so he hasn’t had the same start in life as everyone else. He hasn’t been diagnosed yet but he is non verbal. As a Mother I am doing everything in my power along with his Dad to get him the help he needs. After a lot of research and speaking to others who are in the same situation I have a better understanding of Autism and what it entails. I would like to raise more awareness and get people talking. I want to do this for my  friends, family and most importantly for my son Rian.

Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the  their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be walking a total of 10,000 steps a day 26th March and 2nd April to raise money for this charity.
