Day 6 out of 8

Today I walked day 6 of the walk for autism, and met some amazing small people on my way. Along with some very generous and supportive members of the public who gave me a wave and a beep as they passed by and others who jumped out of their cars to give me donations or came out of their houses as I walked past. 
Each and every one of you are totally amazing… thank you xxx 

Wow!!!!

You guys are absolutely amazing!!! Today you have had me cry happy tears 🥲 
I set out to raise money for this cause and thought I’d only get to £200 and it’s just going from strength to strength we are over £1100 now which is fabulous.

Bear

So far I have walked over 77,000 steps wearing my bear outfit, yes it’s very hot in there but it’s for an amazing cause! 
I’m not just raising money but I’m also raising awareness. 4 days completed so far out of 8. 
I’ve tipped the bucket out and had a count up and it was a few pence off of £87 so I’ve added some to make it a round figure which has now been added to the fundraiser. Taking our total to £950!!! 
There is still £10 to come from the sponsor form that I need to collect.

Bear suit 🐻

As you know, I said if we raised over £500 that I would wear a bear suit 🐻 to walk my 8 days for “walk for autism” I am awaiting its arrival and as soon as it is here I will pop it on and crack on with our walk! 

We will also have a bucket with us if you see us and would like to throw any loose change in. Every penny counts and goes to an amazing cause.

Massive thank you to everyone who has donated so far. 
We have raised £664 on our online fundraiser, over £100 gift aid along with £51 on our sponsor form which will be paid on to the fundraiser at the end of April! 

So far our total is £715!!! That’s £35 left to our target of £750 💚

Wow I’m absolutely amazed at how much has been raised so far! 
We are now on £641 out of £750…. £109 to go!!!! 
Soon be time to get that bear suit on and get walking those steps.
