Hi all 👋 I’m here again, raising funds for Autism! I’m taking part in the Walk for Autism challenge again this year ☺️. This will be my third year that I'm going to be walking 10,000 steps or more a day from the 1st March to 2nd April. This being Autism Awareness Day. Any small amount helps so please consider sponsoring me. And once again my mam will be coming along for the ride. Whilst on my journey I hope not only to raise money but to raise awareness of a disability that very little is known about and can therefore be misunderstood. With a little bit of knowledge about what Autism is, it can make the difference in the everyday life of a person like myself and the way in which people think about us. Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every person on the autism spectrum has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.
