Last day ... its been quite a challenge, but well worth it for a very worthy cause.

Thorndon Park Gruffalo trail with Lorraine, Isabel, Alice, Elliott and Florrie - A lovely day out, despite the wheelchair frequently sticking in boggy ground - a hose on the wheels worked wonders :-)

Getting in the habit - just strolling :-)

A long, hard cardio workout at the gym, followed by an easter egg treasure hunt in the fields near home with 3 grandkids - guess which used the most energy!

Cold and wet afternoon walk on footpaths around home.Hoping for a nice spring stroll, ended up getting soaked and frozen ... Spring weather - huh!

Nice warm up walk with Lorraine at Hadleigh Park: 5,426 steps
Followed by a couch-to-5k training run for another 5,848 steps

First day - done!
Started with a cardio. session at the gym, then a brisk walk home from the gym, followed by an after dinner walk in the rain.
