My Walk for Autism Challenge

Day 1
Day 1 of the challenge and we’re ending the day with a respectable 15.4k steps after walking around Utrecht zoo and the De Haar castle in the Netherlands. Thank you to everyone who has donated already, we’ve absolutely smashed my initial target!I'm walking for Autism
I am participating in the Walk for Autism 2025 to raise money for those with Autism. My nephew Stanley is Autistic, so this is a charity and cause that is close to mine and my family’s hearts. I am walking for him and all others like him to be able to get the support and resources they deserve and are entitled to. Autism looks vastly different for everyone who has it, but the one thing that is constant is the need for research, awareness, support and resources.
Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.
I'll be walking a total of 10,000 steps a day 26th March and 2nd April to raise money for this charity.
