My Walk for Autism Challenge

Total 111,546 steps

My goal 6000 steps

I DID IT 🎉

From the 26/03/25 - 10/04/25 I walked 6,000 steps if not more for 15 days. Overall I walked 111,546 steps all together. I also raised an incredible £535 and £61.29 in gift aid.
I am lost for words of how generous people have been so far. I am beyond proud of myself, especially that I pushed myself to hit a target
And with that I extended my walk.
We are creating a change in the world. Spreading awareness is cool. We are their voice, advocating for autism is my passion and I can’t wait to share more things with you all.
We can change the world together 💕🥰

THANK YOU!! 🥰💚

I am so speechless!! I’ve reached over £500 in donations for autism. My legs feel like absolute jelly lol.
This will be on my achievement list as well as giving birth to my boy.
I’m so proud of myself for doing this baring in mind I underwent surgery only in January.
I can’t thank all of you enough for your kind generosity, sharing your advocacy and spreading awareness.
We are doing happy hands right now.
Fundraising page stays open till 30th April 2025 for any last donations.

Extending my walk…

Erm….i can’t quite believe how much I’ve raised for autism. I am speechless but super grateful.
Even though my 8 days are complete I am extending my walk until I reach £500 in donations 🥰
Let’s do this!!

Speechless!!

Honestly i am speechless. What started from £125 we are now over £250. I actually cannot believe it. A Huge thank you to everyone that has donated. By doing this you are supporting children and adults with autism and spreading awareness.

Did you know Autism spectrum disorder is a neurological and developmental disorder that affects how people interact with others, communicate, learn and behave. Although autism can be diagnosed at any age, symptoms usually appear in the first two years of life.
Omari was diagnosed at 3 years of age but we had concerns from when he was about 10 months old. Unfortunately due to the NHS being so stretched the waiting lists for a paediatric to diagnose and asses can take up to two and half years!!
Let’s continue to share, like and donate and try and reach the £300 mark.

Small steps lead to big things, Autism is Awesome 🩷

WOW!! 🤩

£150 in three hours. I cannot believe it. HUGE thank you again!! I really appreciate it. You are truly raising awareness for people with autism. Just you by donating you are getting involved and helping them get an accessible and safe space within their community. 🫶🏼✨

£200 next goal. Let’s do this!! 💚🥰

We reached my target!! 🎯

We reached my target of £125 within less than a week. This is amazing!! Everyone that has donated already a huge thank you.
I have now upped my fundraising page to £150 now, let’s see if we can reach this target too for Autism.
Remember together we can make a change 💙

Walking For Omari

My aim is to walk 6,000 steps a day (if not more) for 8 days from 26/03/25 - 02/04/25 for my little boy who is autistic. My son was diagnosed with autism when he just turned 3 years old. Along with autism he also has speech and language delay and sensory processing difficulties. I never thought I could view this world in a positive way as my son does. He teaches us something new everyday and that is just the best!! We have a future genius on our hands 🥰
My goal is to raise £125 (if not more) so any kind of donation big or small will be truely appreciated. Every donation will be celebrated by us with our happy hands.

Did you know that Autistic people face discrimination and barriers across all sectors of society – in the health and social care systems, in education, in employment, and everywhere in between, so let’s come together and support your community to create a society and safe space that works for autistic people.

Remember Autism is Awesome 💕

To an Incredible Woman in the ASD Community, Hey hun!! You are truly an amazing person, and I just want you to know how much I admire you - not only for the awareness you raise, but for the love, strength, and commitment you bring into the ASD community every single day. You are such an inspiring woman - you keep showing up, learning, supporting, and giving your heart, even when it’s hard. Despite all the physical and mental health challenges you face, you still rise, still shine, and still pour so much into others. That’s real courage. You’re not just a voice - you’re a force. You go girl!! You got this!!! Keep rocking, keep shining, and never forget how deeply loved and appreciated you are. We see you. We support you. We love you.
