Why I’m doing this.

This October, I’m challenging myself to run every single day, aiming to reach 40km in total — and I’m doing it for a cause very close to my heart.

Archie is 10 years old, and I’ve been lucky enough to be part of his life for over 5 years. In that time, I’ve seen the challenges he and our family have faced — not only in mainstream school, but also at home. The journey to getting a diagnosis was long and incredibly tough, and my fiancée, Loren, carried much of that weight on her shoulders.

Thankfully, Archie now attends Bradfields Academy, a specialist school that has truly transformed his life. But we know first-hand how hard it can be to reach that point — the uncertainty, the isolation, and the struggle of feeling like you’re on your own.

That’s why I’m running for The Autism Trust. They do amazing work to support autistic children and their families, raising awareness and showing people that they are not alone. By supporting me in this challenge, you’ll be helping to make their vital work more visible and accessible to the families who need it most.

Every step I take in October is for Archie, for our family, and for the many others walking a similar path. Any support — whether it’s a donation or sharing this page — means the world. Together, we can make a difference

Running for Autism

Run for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be running 40Km in October to raise money for this fantastic charity!

Please sponsor me, any donation big or small is greatly appreciated 😊
