My Walk for Autism Challenge

Total 10,000 steps

My goal 100000 steps

Jake- My boy

My son Jake was diagnosed with autism nearly 18 months ago and it was a long journey leading up to his diagnosis. We have been offered so much support since he was diagnosed, and this is only through services such as NAS that we’ve been able to attend so many amazing events and days out, which Jake has loved. Through research, support and personal experience I’ve learnt that autism doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong, just that Jake’s brain is wired a little differently and each and every day I am proud of the person he is growing up to be. So every little helps- thankyou!

I'm walking for......Jake- My amazing 5 year old

Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.

I'll be walking a total of 10,000 steps a day 26th March and 2nd April to raise money for this charity.

Any donation big or small is greatly appreciated 😊
