My Walk for Autism Challenge

Total 18,191 steps

My goal 80000 steps

Walk 2

Yesterday I was joined by my mum on my walk.
We walked around our local fields, taking in the scenery, watching the wildlife and then we walked along an old railway line which is now a footpath which has old wooden railway sleepers that are now benches to sit on.

Walk 1

Enjoyed a nice walk with a friend on day one of my Walk for Autism challenge.
We walked around our local lakes, feeding the ducks with duck food and taking in the scenery while we walked. It was to be out in nature doing a bit of mindfulness on the way.
We finished our walk with a trip to Starbucks for a nice drink.

Walk for Autism challenge 2025

Today (9th February) I am starting my Walk for Autism challenge. I'm doing it a bit differently this year as I'm doing one walk a week of 10'000 + steps for 8 weeks to spread out my challenge.

I will be doing my first walk with a friend which will be nice and it's a good way to raise awareness of Autism and a good form of exercise 🚶‍♂️

Feel free to check out my blog or to sponsor me if you wish to.

I'm walking for myself and my friends from my Autism groups

This will be the 5th year of taking part in the Walk for Autism challenge. I'm doing it as its something close to my heart, a way to get exercise, raise awareness of Autism and to raise money for a good cause. Hopefully this year I will be joined by my mum and some of my friends.

Feel free to check out my profile or to sponsor me.
