Our Jack, you explore, play and see so differently to an average child. Your our twinkling star. Even though you can't say what you want and need a lot of the time, together we can travel down this path hand in hand. We will fight and support you every step of the way my boy. You are such an incredible boy on our hearts and to many that know you. The world doesn't understand yet but with one step at a time....we can change the future to make it a better place for you and all those that are twinkling stars.I'm walking for my son Jack and others like him
