THE FINAL DAY: 

Today I went to the gym and did a half hour walk on the treadmill, we then went for a very soggy walk around Saltram 💚💚

Today we went for a lovely walk round the coasts of Falmouth aswell as around the shops 💚

Today we went for a walk into town from plymstock. 
We then travelled down to Falmouth for a few days, so went for a beach walk in the evening 💚

DAY FIVE: 

Today I had work which always gets me to 10,000 and then I went out for my friends birthday which get me to 17,000 💚💚

DAY FOUR: 

Today I went for a lovely walk with Kaitlyn around plymbridge!! It was the easiest 10,000 steps I’ve done as I was chatting the whole time!!! 💚💚

DAY THREE:

Today I went for a lovely walk with Ben and Abbie around Saltram, and then a solo walk to the ridgeway. 

I think I have redescovered my passion for walking 💚

DAY TWO:

Personally I think we are smashing this!! I’m already 32,000 steps into the 80,000 and it’s only day two!

First day of walking: 
Today I went for a walk with my friend Olivia and connect partner for an hour and did 5000 steps. 
I then went for a lovely walk with Erin and Gru around Burrator reservoir adding a further 9382 steps. So today I will be finishing with around 14,500 steps total 💚💚💚
