What a beautiful day 🌟
Today was such a lovely day! Getting today’s steps was a breeze. I usually do anywhere between 10-15000 daily just going about life. But today I’ve been more mindful of my walking. I payed close attention to the fact I was doing it for not only my boy but others just like him 💖About Grayson
Grayson was diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder back in March 2023. Learning to cope in our busy world has been tricky for him. We are so lucky that he has attended a wonderful very inclusive nursery and his primary school do all they can to support and include Grayson. Charities such as these are so important to enrich the lives of people like Grayson.I'm walking for......Grayson. My little ray of sunshine.
Walk for Autism is a fundraising challenge run by Autism Initiatives Group. Autism Initiatives Group is working towards a world where every autistic person has the support they need to thrive, every opportunity to fulfil their potential and a supportive, inclusive community to live in.
I'll be walking a total of 10,000 steps a day 26th March and 2nd April to raise money for this charity.
